Absolutely disgraceful service

Absolutely disgraceful service. Returned my mulberry Daria and waited 4 months ti get it returned and repaired. The brass plaque was badly tarnished so paid £54 to have it replaced. It was returned lopsided. Sent them a picture and they asked me to return the item. I took it to my local outlet mulberry shop who sent it back.to the repair centre. They have now sent the bag back stating that the plaque was not lopsided. It most definitely is lopsided and have asked several people for their opinion. They all agree!! Has put me off buying mulberry again. Will be telling all my fellow handbag loving friends!! Far better service from Coach. No wonder Mulberry is in trouble.
